The key performance indicator (KPI) is a measure that provides a clear, concise and specific objective for the achievement of organizational objectives. In the case of the city of São Paulo, Brazil, it has been identified as a significant factor in its economic development and urban planning. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the KPI in the city, providing a comprehensive analysis of its implementation.
Methodology
This study used a descriptive method to collect data on the implementation of the KPI in São Paulo.
