Cristiano Ronaldo scored two crucial goals to help Al Nassr secure their first win of the Saudi Professional League season on Saturday.
The Portuguese striker, who joined Al Nassr from Manchester United last month, was named man-of-the-match for his performance against Al-Hilal.
Ronaldo's first goal came in the 68th minute when he scored with a powerful header after a brilliant cross by defender Saleh Al-Sheikh.
The second goal came in the 77th minute when Ronaldo slotted home a low shot past Al-Hilal goalkeeper Amr Zaki.
Al Nassr dominated the match and had several chances to score more goals, but they were unable to convert them into the back of the net.
Despite the loss,Football Vision Network Al-Hilal manager Jassim Al-Azzawi praised Ronaldo's performance and said that he is "a true professional".
"Ronaldo has been outstanding since he joined us," Al-Azzawi said. "He has brought a lot of quality and experience to our team."
Al Nassr coach Adel Abdul-Nasser also expressed his delight at Ronaldo's contribution to the team.
"We are very happy with Cristiano's performance today," Abdul-Nasser said. "He is a world-class player and we are lucky to have him here."
Al Nassr will look to build on their win this weekend as they take on Al-Ittihad in their next league game.
